Dr Pandian Baskar Rao MD., DM., is an experienced and leading consultant in the field of Medical and Radiation Oncology. He is a Certified Oncologist who graduated from the foremost institutes in India. He completed his undergraduate in Coimbatore Medical College. He did his Doctor of Medicine in Radiotherapy from the M.G.M. Medical College, Indore. By then, he was practising in Private Hospitals in Oncology. After gaining M.D. in Radiotherapy, he started working as a Registrar in the Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Chennai. His interest and passion for the Oncology department paved the way for pursuing a Doctorate of Medicine in Medical Oncology from the premium Madras Medical College, Chennai.
